Bug Description
The basic use case is this: I'm a teacher, I want to send an email to a kid's parent. I should be able to, say, click on the kid's name in the gradebook, taking me to the main index page for the kid (already) and then go to his contacts, and on the contact have a "send an email" action. This takes me to a form where I can compose an email.
