egg_desktop_entries_add_group: assertion failed: bad autostart.desktop file

I had the same errors today with update of:

on the first machine.

After changing the file as Mark Lord suggests on a second machine no errors appear anymore.
Both same hardware, up2date Dapper.

after changing this file on the first machine and reinstalling those packages all went smooth then.

What's the status of this bug? Does it no longer occur in an up2date edgy or dapper?

Does this still occur in either Edgy or Feisty packages? Now would be the time to fix it.

two times.

I can confirm this on edgy too, having just downloaded the .deb and pulling out that file. The broken file is in kcontrol-autostart_0.1-0ubuntu2_i386.deb, located at /usr/share/applications/kde/autostart.desktop

Hopefully the next release of this package will have the fix in it.
