Bug Description
Binary package hint: kcontrol-autostart
** (process:14704): CRITICAL **: egg_desktop_
These messages appear in abundance during upgrades now.
The cause on my Dapper Kubuntu box is this file..
/usr/share/
..which contains duplicate lines like this:
[Desktop Entry]
Encoding=UTF-8
If I remove the second (duplicate) pair, the problem goes away. Easy fix.

The following packages will be upgraded:

kpf [4:3.5.2-0ubuntu6 -> 4:3.5.2-0ubuntu6.1] kppp [4:3.5.2-0ubuntu6 -> 4:3.5.2-0ubuntu6.1]

After changing the file as Mark Lord suggests on a second machine no errors appear anymore.
Both same hardware, up2date Dapper.
