Please sync krename 4.0.1-1 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
In lucid we have got satisfied depends: debhelper and pkg-kde-tools so we can sync package from Debian.

Changelog entries since current lucid version 4.0.1-0ubuntu1:

krename (4.0.1-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
