i would test the backport for you but it's the test file that's saying wrong architecture.

Hi guys, RAOF kindly made a 64bit build of scribus 1.3.3.3 for ubuntu dapper in his repository which is here:

Thanks, but if you are referring to the link above that seems to be amd64 only.
