Please sync freevo 1.9.0-3.1 (universe) from Debian testing (main)
This merge will bring in the removal of python-elementtree, which is to be removed from the archives.

  * Merge from debian testing, remaining changes:
    - debian/control: Replace Depends on mplayer with xine-ui.
    - debian/scripts/freevo: Fix argument handling.
