Bug Description
When doing name_search on country, by it's code and input the code in lowercase, it is not being searched anymore on code field.
For example:
Input "lv" finds "El Salvador", but not "Latvia", as it should be.
Input "LV" finds "Latvia" correctly.
Can test it on Partner - Address form.
