Could you please try the attached patch?

I had a similar issue a year ago and wrote that patch to resolve it.

I've uploaded an updated dk-milter package to Debian as an NMU with this patch and I'll sync it for precise once it's available there.

This bug was fixed in the package dk-milter - 1.0.0.dfsg-1.2
