Bug Description
Support contacts are notified about new tickets. They way this is implemented is
by subscribing the support contact when the ticket is created.
When the list of support contact change, this doesn't change the existing subscription. This means that I was a support contact for some time, I will still get notifications for all tickets that were created when I was a support contact. I will need to manually unsubscribe from each ticket.
The implementation should be change so that support contacts aren't automatically subscribed to a ticket, but are added to the notification list when notifications are actually sent.
