Bug Description

Binary package hint: winff

as a result of support for libfaac being removed from ffmpeg due to bug #374900, MPEG-4 fails with the output error message:

   Unknown encoder 'libfaac'

As this will cause confusion, I would recommend removing it from the interface (or at least until the other bug is resolved).

    - unit1.pas causes an access violation when trying to use an empty
presetname. This checks for an empty name and avoids accessing it.
