Bug Description
Binary package hint: bzr-hg
bzr-hg depends on mercurial < 1.4.2~ but the latest mercurial update contains version 1.4.3-1. So the updates of mercurial and mercurial-common can not be installed without removing bzr-hg.
The solution is to build bzr-hg against mercurial 1.4.3.

Thanks for the report!
Not as simple as just rebuilding. Currently bzr-hg in lucid says:
hg_compatible_ versions = ["1.3.1", "1.4", "1.4.1"]
This has been fixed in the upstream snapshot already in Debian. Sync request in Bug #537069
