I used Synaptic to fix the broken package and the install then went ahead successfully.

Thank you for reporting this bug. In order to get the upgrade to complete successfully please try the following (as chris friel suggests).

1.Open System > Administrations > Synaptic Package Manager
2. In Synaptic select Edit > Fix Broken Packages
3. When that is done, select 'Mark all Upgrades'
4. then select 'Apply'

Well, it installed correctly this time, but I do not see UbuntuOne icon in the panel. I do not think that file syncing works anymore, I'll test more.
