Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-applets

gnome-applet has a mechanism to clean deprecated applets on upgrade using the null applet to avoid displaying a warning on the first login after upgrade, that should be used for the keyboard indicator applet which has been converted to a notification area in lucid
