release-upgrade script puts debug info in motd

Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

/etc/update-motd.d/91-release-upgrade puts debug info in the /etc/motd, like this:

  Linux x200 2.6.32-16-generic #25-Ubuntu SMP Tue Mar 9 16:33:12 UTC 2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux

  For official documentation, please visit:
   * http://help.ubuntu.com/

  Checking for a new ubuntu release
  No new release found

This script should be calling /usr/lib/update-manager/check-new-release with the -q quiet option.
