Bug Description

Binary package hint: virt-manager

When I create a new machine with virt-manager it creates a vnc console with en-us as keyboard mapping. It should either be possible to select another default mapping or it shouldn't do any mapping ("same as host").

Steps to recreate:
start virt-manager
select "Create new virtual machine"
Enter name, select Network boot, Forward
Select OS Type: Linux and Version: Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid Lynx), Forward
Select default amount of memory and cpus, Forward
Un-select "Enable storage for this virtual machine", Forward
Expand Advanced options, select "Host device eth0 (bridge br0), Finish

This bug was fixed in the package virt-manager - 0.8.2-2ubuntu8

---------------
virt-manager (0.8.2-2ubuntu8) lucid; urgency=low

  * debian/patches/send-conn-to-virtinst.patch: Updated to also send
connection info when creating a new VM so a reasonable keymap can be
decided based on driver. (LP: #551243)
