sending an empty folder doesn't work

Bug Description

1.open places->computer,chose a empty folder;
2.click Edit->Send open "Send to"window,input a mail address,click Send;
3.cue error but then click OK also can send the folder.

Marking as 'low', seems to happen only with empty folders. If somebody wants to forward that, please go ahead.
