Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools

This problem happened when I attempted to sync pyfribidi from Debian.

The changelog of that package has some unicode (arabic) characters indeed.

Already fixed in trunk. I plan to upload a new version of ubuntu-dev-tools short after beta2.
