Bug Description

I'm running Lubuntu 10.04. In a pcmanfm2 window, when I click on "Tools > Open current folder as root", the new window appears for a second and then crashes and closes. Typing in a terminal "sudo pcmanfm2" results in a "segmentation fault" error.
The current version of pcmanfm2 is 0.9.3+git20100411.

Do you have the same version as me?
That looks very weird, because it was running fine before I updated. I immediately thought it was a bug, since pcmanfm2 is still a beta.
By the way, do you run pcmanfm or pcmanfm2 like me?

I run pcmanfm2, as updated with the ppa per https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu#Keep Lubuntu up-to-date. I do not run pcmanfm as it is considered by the author to obsolete after the re-write. Having the ppa for Lubuntu is important as it holds the updates for such things a pcmanfm2 and other parts of the Lubuntu system.

Hi!

For me it isn't fixed. I have the version 0.9.4 of pcmanfm2 installed. And my syslog file says:

And the Buffer I/O error repeats itself on and on. Even though I don't have any floppy drive installed.

Oh, I forgot to update the libfm packages, too. However, I just updated these packages. And now it's fixed for me, too.
