Update Terminator to 0.93

Binary package hint: terminator

Many thanks to the Release Team for allowing 0.92 into Lucid last week. As promised, I'm back with another release that addresses:
  * all of the bugs reported against the Ubuntu package
  * as many upstream bugs as have been able to be fully triaged to date

This shakes out to the following LP bugs: bug #562490, bug #563911, bug #546665, bug #558324, bug #490627, bug #558376, bug #558375, bug #559185, bug #558330, bug #554571, bug #554440, bug #561697, bug #562039, bug #558832, bug #561710 and bug #563445, as well as several other bugs that were not reported via Launchpad.

There is only one non-bugfix change, a patch from Kees Cook to add an extra tickbox in the preferences UI for a configuration option that was already present (for those following at home, this would be the union of revisions 987 and 997 on trunk).

As before, I will continue triage and fix as many reported bugs/regressions as possible and make timely upstream releases available before and after release, although I would suspect that at this point only fixes for serious bugs would be targetted at Lucid, but I would happily get as many fixes as possible into the release before and after release day!
