I am sorry,but the problem was under Ubuntu 10.10.And now I have switched to
the former version,Ubuntu 10.04.The tweak works well.

I go to UC Berkeley and even there its a culture shock... on full financial aid and everyone in my hall way has parents that own multiple properties and beach houses. Both my roommates when to high class prep schools, one from the East coast with old wealth, one from LA with new wealth. I still get along with everyone fine though. I went to a meditation retreat once. They sent us out to get lunch and bring it back. We ate lunch and they told us to sit and look at the food for a while, then pick it up and smell it, then eat super attentively.

Long story short I bought a foot long sub but after I ate half that way I was completely full. Made me realize that what under normal circumstances where I would have eaten the second half it's just habit and momentum.

Another thing I've found is that if you put your mind into an extreme state, some of that state sticks with you for a long time afterward even when you're no longer trying on it.

So one thing you could do is just have a few meals when you're alone where you do it super slow, chewing thoughtfully, stopping between bites to sit and breathe, really take your time, be as conscious as possible through the whole process, to an extreme degree.

Then later when you're out with friends some of that will stick with you even if you're focusing on your friends instead of your food.

I doubt it needs to be anything special. Its a defense datacenter, so hitting it would probably serve to disorient the ADF. Normal departments also have equipment in there, so I doubt its anything too special. Although the clearances to get in are no joke. Standard govt DC stuff though - no electronics in or out. (You wanna take a hard drive out, you do so wrapped in al-foil and smashed in with a sledgehammer by the door guard)
