Hi!

Please sync freeradius (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Ubuntu changes can be dropped (included in the Debian packages). The packages
builds fine in an up-to-date edgy pbuilder.

freeradius (1.1.3-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Add and rework ubuntu /var/run/tmpfs patch
  * Add LSB init script headers

In future, please describe the Ubuntu changes you're overriding (I checked, it's the creation of /var/run/freeradius in the init script, which has been incorporated in Debian).
