Thanks for your work.
Your debdiff seems to have dropped the changes from 1.10.4-1ubuntu1, and reintroduced the unneeded transitional package (we're post-lucid, so it can be dropped). This should be fixed before it can be uploaded.

(And the intltool-update call in debian/rules seems to have disappeared as well.)

I just merged goffice 0.8.5 that is needed for this new gnumeric. I'll upload your debdiff when goffice is built. Thanks!
