Default application to open html files is not taken from preferred browser

When you open a html file in nautilus it will not respect the setting
for default web browser that is set under System -> Preferences ->
Preferred Applications. It will instead take the program to launch from
the mime information it has. It is my believe it should take the
default web browser though.
