Menu item shouldn't be a link if you're already on that page

What do you mean by "is still active"?

This question can be answered with user testing sessions, giving
users the task of, e.g., finding a bug that they're subscribed that
contains a certain word.

Your experience is further evidence that users tend to ignore portlet
content.

By 'is still active', I think he meant the link is still clickable. Maybe daf is suggesting that the link should be 'inactive' like the Bugs facet is when you're in that context.

I agree that this bug should be fixed, but do not know how to fix it myself. Bug 5313 would be one way of fixing it, but (for the Actions menu at least) not the only way.

Fixed in mainline r5075.
