Please backport rtorrent/libtorrent6

Bug Description

rtorrent 0.5.3 contains several usability features and improvements to the throttle code over the 0.4.2 code currently in the Dapper base. Although it depends on libtorrent6, it is the ONLY app that depends on the library. I suspect backporting the library should not cause dependency issues. Please include amd64 if possible.

Approved for backporting, libtorrent and rtorrent.

The thing is, it's now libtorrent7 instead of libtorrent6, so those packages will have to be NEW'd before rtorrent would build.
