Relevant part of the buildlog:

checking whether pythonstamp-autotools version >= 2.3... configure: error: too old
make: *** [debian/stamp-autotools] Error 1
dpkg-buildpackage: error: debian/rules build gave error exit status 2

21:16 < tumbleweed> use the system python-autotools.mk instead of the embedded one
