music library file watcher doesn't work

Bug Description

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

Rhythmbox music library file watcher doesn't work in rhythmbox 0.9.5-1ubuntu5 (i386 binary) in ubuntu edgy.

I've got all my music (ogg) in /home/%USER/musiikki , and have enabled the option "Watch my library for new files".

However, no new files I put into that folder are shown in the library until I import the folder again. Rhythmbox doesn't even check for new files when starting.
