Bug Description

Binary package hint: acpi-modules-2.6.17-7-generic-di

This tonight and my last upgrade i loose ALL my hotkey fonctions... Fn+F1, etc under my Sony Vaio Z1RMP.
#acpi_listen and playing with Fn+F1 do nothing ... push power button do something...
sonypi works ..

At my Sony Vaio SZ2M/B the FN key does not work, too. Kernel 2.6.17-7 worked, but not any later kernel at this time.

Same here with my VGN-T2XP running latest Edgy.

As in bug #62697, Fn keys work with PgUp and PgDown but don't with
brightness, etc.

Same here for my Vaio VGN-S260. Fn-keys work properly under Dapper.

I posted this same bug. Didn't see this thread first. No Fn key combinations for brightness and sound, but works fine for PgUp, etc.
