Bug Description

Binary package hint: qbittorrent

libtorrent-rasterbar6 got caught in NEW. Which means my last upload of qbittorrent ended up building against the old version. It will need a no-change rebuild after libtorrent-rasterbar6 passes NEW.

This is just a tracking bug for my own reference.
