Bug Description

Binary package hint: plasma-mobile

Upstream has doing a great job by improving plasma-mobile everyday. Lately many new features has been added, such as screen rotation and virtual keyboard. These features are needed by the kubuntu-mobile blueprint.

This updated plasma-mobile package is suffering a issue because qtwebkit2.0 does not have declarative support, afaik. The qtwebkit2.1 solves the problem by adding the declarative plugin. Should I file a bug to FFe qtwebkit 2.0 to 2.1?

We won't be switching to qtwebkit 2.1, it won't be stable in time for our release. Are you sure 2.0 can't do declarative support? It might just be an issue in our packaging.

  * Updated Standards-Version to 3.9.1.
  * Updated the build-dep kdebase-workspace-dev to >= 4.5.
  * Removed the patches kubuntu_02_enable_mobilesystray_build.diff and
    kubuntu_03_add_mobilesystray_to_all_desktops.diff since upstream
    already enables the systray build and it is by default on all
    desktops.
  * Switch to dpkg-source 3.0 (quilt) format.
