Unable to activate root section of pathbar in folder browsing mode

Bug Description
Under certain circumstances, clicking the root section of the path bar in the folder browsing mode of the files place, doesn't take you to the root section.
To reproduce:
1) Enter files place
2) Click a folder in the Favorite Folders group
3) Click the All Files section on the pathbar

Fix bug #650897 "Unable to activate root section of pathbar in folder browsing mode".
Always mark us dirty (that is - schedule a reload of the model data when the section changes) when we go into folder browsing mode
