Bug Description

I am using Xubuntu 10.10. When the CPU Monitor applet is clicked, it fails to open GNOME's system monitor (since the package isn't installed) and instead opens http://www.gnome-system-monitor.com/ (which doesn't exist) in a new browser tab. I imagine "gnome-system-monitor" somehow got handed off to my browser as a last-resort launcher, and it wrapped it in www.com attempting to turn it into a URL.

Docky debug output from launching "docky -d" and then clicking the applet icon:

This behavior is defined by Mono. I do not know if it is a bug or not, but all we do is ask Mono to start that process. I would assume if the process can't be found then it would just immediately return but apparently it then tries to open it as a webpage. Feel free to query upstream with Mono.
