Display notice when merging an UDF with a existent folder

This will be implemented when displaying events through the notification system using the stored zeitgeist events.

Assigning to alecu within the ubuntuone-client project, though we'll need to affect later the project that actually shows the notifications.

We will also be showing a confirmation dialog in the control panel when the user subscribes to an UDF, letting her know that the local folder content will be merged.

The two proposed options for this are:

 * a dialog box when enabling a udf that will be merged: "enabling the cloud folder "such and such" will merge the contents with your folder "such and such" do you want to proceed? <Don't suscribe> <Suscribe and merge>"

 * a legend below the udf name saying it will be merged with the contents of the local folder

The one chosed should be used both when subscribing to UDFs from the Ubuntu One control panel or from the nautilus heading bar.

This bug was fixed in the package ubuntuone-control-panel - 0.9.1-0ubuntu1

Notifications will not be shown inside u1client but in control panel alone. Closing as won't fix in that project.
