Bug Description

Binary package hint: gimp

The X-Ubuntu-Gettext-Domain key in /usr/share/applications/gimp-2.2.desktop file has no value. Its value should be "gimp20"

Due to this missing value, the GIMP menu entry in Applications->Graphics menu is always showed in English language.

Thanks for your bug. The fix has not been approved for an edgy upload because of the freeze, it'll be fixed with dapper-updates then

The previous code used a wrong po/Makefile location, the patch fixes the issue

I tested this fix and it works and works well.

I can now see the GIMP menu item in hebrew when logging using hebrew while before it didn't work!
