Bug Description
Brackets and punctuation are optimised for lowercase, or combinations of upper- and lower-case.
When (using OpenType features selection), the user wishes to set a sequence of text in uppercase, then the <CASE> feature allows shifting the punctuation (mainly brackets, hyphen) upwards so that the "centred" weight is based on that of the capitals, rather than the lowercase.
