[time-admin] need to change focus to apply value change

Bug Description

In the attached screen, if you change the hour by typing into it and press close, nothing happen and the time won't be updated, unless you click another box before clicking close.

Yes, I can confirm this on Edgy. It's really a problem in the use of Gnome widgets, instant apply and HIG. Typing something into the hour box does not change it until you exit that box, and Close works as a cancel where that change is not applied (but previous ones are I guess).

Perhaps the answer is to replace the Close button with an OK button (which saves) and a Cancel button that reverts everything?
