crash when I saved a jpg file

Nothing is attach to the bug. What version of Ubuntu do you use? Could you get a crash file or a backtrace for the issue?

  yes but it size (gzipped) is about 8m, I couldn't uploaded to launchpad;

Thanks for your bug. The crash looks like a GTK fileselector issue, I've forwarded it upstream: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=365116

Where did you click to get the issue? Can you get it again with some steps or that was a one time issue?

  Gimp started to export my file to jpg format, I was waiting only and
that happened. I did something like:

First time:
  Right Button on the image -> File -> Save As... -> myfile.xcf.gz

Second time
  Right Button on the image -> File -> Save As... -> myfile.jpg

there is no recent comment or duplicate, does anybody still get this issue in hardy or intrepid?

the issue is deprecated in intrepid since it seems to be a gnome-vfs one and gio is used now
