Bug Description
Binary package hint: python-constraint
Error comes when installing package python-constrain in Kubuntu 6.10.
PROBLEM:
SyntaxError: from __future__ imports must occur at the beginning of the file
pycentral: pycentral pkginstall: error byte-compiling files (8)

dpkg: error processing python-constraint (--configure):
HOW TO REPAIR:
One line is in wrong place in file propagation.py:
line "from __future__ import generators"
should be moved little upwards above
line "__revision__ =..."
