Bug Description
libqtbamf is required by unity-2d which is supposed to become the default UI on the armel images in Ubuntu natty.
(the MIR bug for unity-2d is bug #708649)
The library is the QT equivalent to the similar named gtk version used by unity, it enables access to the bamf daemon for QT apps.
The package is packaged according to Ubuntu library standards, has no security records and is not in debian.
Package maintenance is done by the ubuntu-arm team, upstream development is done by the unity-2d team.

Needs a .symbols file, but good besides that. It would be neat to see a bug subscriber though.
