Launchpad "display name" and "name" confusion in reviewing process

Branch attached has a fix that will display the user's display name for reviews in the app details screen instead of their username (will only work for reviews that were submitted to the server after the server begins supporting the display name being recorded, otherwise it will revert to the username as per current)

This bug was fixed in the package software-center - 3.1.21
