Bug Description
The linaro account is now passwordless in the ALIP images, which is a good thing - but this means one can't sudo from this account because sudoers does not have 'NOPASSWD' set for the %admin rule. We need to set this by default to fully enable the linaro account on this image.

An almost identical hook script is now in ubuntu-desktop and needs fixed there as well.
