Bug Description
running loggerhead in a foreign branch (as opposed to a regular bzr branch with some revisions that originate from a foreign branch) is broken at the moment. The fix is trivial (replace two instances of "rev" by "revision" in history.py), but it would be nice to add tests to make sure it doesn't regress again.
