FFe Merge mutter 2.91.92-1 from debian (experimental)

Well mutter is in GNOME so it should get an auto ack for FFe

seb128 told me this has the GNOME standing exception, so moving forward with it

I took your changes from the gnome3 PPA, collapsed the changelogs, and cleaned them up a bit.

This bug was fixed in the package mutter - 3.0.0-0ubuntu1
