[panel] Empathy's emotes not visible in panel menus

I do not think this issue is specific to Unity 2D. Do you observe the same issue in an Ubuntu Classic session or a Unity session?
Are the emotes supposed to be in Empathy's menus in the first place? Do you have a screenshot of that?

I attach screenshot of the menu (in spanish)
I tested on Unity 3D, and I see the same issue :P
