Bug Description

Ubuntu 6.10

1. Open Gnumeric, and choose "Help" -> "Contents".

What happens:
* "An unknown error occured"
* "The default action does not support this protocol."

What's wrong with this:
* The help doesn't open.
* The error is unknown.
* That's an incorrect spelling of "occurred".
* What's this "default action" and "protocol" it's wittering on about?

The same error occurs whether or not the gnumeric-doc package is installed.

This problem is *not* a duplicate of 3528 at all. The root cause of 3528 was that
gnumeric-doc was not installed.

I get the problem on Feisty: start Gnumeric, hit F1, yelp comes up and says
"An unknown error occured. The default action does not support this protocol."
Gnumeric-doc is most definitely installed however.

Other applications (e.g Gimp) do not seem to have this problem.
