There are no ostensible steps to reproduce, as I am unable to determine the cause.

tried following the wiki :

i did what i was told, and no one helped me figure out the errors that happened during my investigation process. i hope this was a generic, semi-automated message. otherwise, i have been insulted severely. my hard drive has been wiped twice sinc, so i couldn't provide any additional assitance if i desired to.

how closing a bug without reply to the previous comment is insulting you? We close all the Needs Info bugs after some time without reply. There is thousand of bugs open and the desktop team lacks manpower to spend hours on every bug. That one is not useful as it is at the moment that's why it has been closed
