Bug Description

Current version in Dapper is 0.8.4, and Feisty's 0.8.6. vlc-0.8.6 adds support for WMV3, flash video and some bugfixes...
VLC is in Universe, see packages wxvlc, vlc, vlc-plugins

Due to changes in packaging this package will no longer backport to Dapper.
