Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-launch-box

It crashes on me every time I just type in text. So there isn't much to tell about it. I wasn't doing anything else specific.

Can you still reproduce this with an up to date system? If so, can you please let me know which version of Ubuntu you are using?

I can still reproduce the error (it gives a segmentation fault) on an
up-to-date Edgy system.

I am also experiencing this bug in Feisty. here is the terminal output:

$ gnome-launch-box

** ERROR **: file lb-bookmark-list.c: line 96 (html_startElement): assertion failed: (parser->current_bookmark == NULL)
aborting...
Aborted (core dumped)

Problem still exists in Gusty Gibbon prerelease.

Yes, i have the same error, since .........a lot of time :(

Here my error:

This crach with any theme.

It is the same for me, even in gusty, this is a good program ! like katapult ! it must be repair please :) !

I can confirm that on a fresh install of Gutsy Gibbon (7.10) with completely up to date packages, I am still getting:

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue for you. Can you try with the latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.

gnome-launch-box does not seem to exist anymore in the repositories. There are now alternatives such as gnome-do and kupfer.
