Evolution crashes on exit - Ubuntu 6.06

Bug Description

As always I simply launched evolution checking for emails. At exit it crashes without having done anything in particular. I found that this happens expecially if I don't delete the evolution recycle. So I installed also Thunderbird, but after few days of good working, it toke the same bug. It looks as the the bug is in the final compression of all folders it does before closing itself. But why? The only leaving in the recycle of a simple message, gives me as answer the told crash.

Hi, John, I did what wrote but I found only a page with other reports. Second important thing: I'm not (not yet) a Linux programmer, and my knowledge at moment still to that very simple point. I only found what I told on the first message, hoping someone can give me help. The problem still now too...

If you can reproduce this, can you please do the following?

sudo apt-get install gdb evolution-dbg evolution-data-server-dbg
gdb evolution
(gdb) run
<....crash....>
(gdb) thread apply all bt full

and copy the output here.

As told I can't reproduce it again, 'cause I uninstalled Evolution for it was going to give me troubles. As reported in my last posts the oinly trace I can give you is that one. I don't feel to install it again, 'cause I'm afraid it could gives me other troubles and I can't loose files or other on this pc. But I calso can say it was longtime ago when I started to send with bugzilla many times these kind of reports, and after all this time (1 years ago) happened what I reported lastly. Well, I know there are difficulties about answering (too many users), but believe if I say I don't feel safe to install it again on my pc after all it did (also after tried to install it again...)
