Add complete support for HTTP proxies in client.py

Bug Description

I've added the minimal HTTP proxy support needed for container sync to work in the branch lp:~gholt/swift/consync but full support with all functions should be added.

Oops, python-swiftclient exists in Launchpad, but it is not configured to receive bugs. Changing back to Swift for now.
