1) Which publishing plugins are enabled in Edit->Preferences ->Plugins?
2) What files (number, type) are selected when you click Publish?
3) If you could do the following and send us the files, that would help us diagnose the problem: http://trac.yorba.org/wiki/Shotwell/FAQ#IfoundabuginShotwell.HowcanIreportit

- Facebook and Flickr

2) What files (number, type) are selected when you click Publish?
- even just selecting and publishing one file will crash the application

This bug was fixed in the package shotwell - 0.10.1-0ubuntu2

  * debian/patches/05_fix_plugin_linkage.patch: Build plugins with
    --no-as-needed passed to the linker to avoid unresolved symbols
    at runtime, resulting in failure to upload photos (LP: #793804)
